PROMOTION DATES/ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes begins on October 18, 2011 and ends on December 26, 2011. Open to legal US residents, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, and any of their affiliated companies, advertising/promotion agencies, their vendors, and/or any and all entities associated with this sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: Entries may be entered at marlomillion.com only. All entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. EST on 12/26/2011. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. All entries become property of Marlo. In the event of an on-line entry dispute, entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the promotion. Enter a phone number only once. Additional entries of the same phone number will not increase your chances of winning. Contestants must enter in their own name and may enter only once. Identification will be required before the prize can be paid. All phone numbers must begin with one of the following five area codes: 202. 240. 301. 571. 703. Any other area code will have zero chances of winning.

WINNING: Entries will close at midnight on December 26, 2011.  All entries will be sent to the promotion insurer who will notify Marlo whether or not any entry matched the pre-selected number. If there is a winner they will be notified by telephone and the email address they submitted with their entry on or about January 1, 2012. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The names of the prize winner if any may be obtained after 1/1/2012 and no later than 1/31/2012 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Advertising Department, Marlo Furniture, 725 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.

PRIZES:  There is a single prize. One Million Dollars payable at $50,000 a year for 20 years. The prize will be paid by insurer using an annuity company of their choosing.

CLAIMING PRIZES: Grand Prize winner must claim the prize and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days of notification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This promotion is governed by laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute regarding this promotion shall be resolved only in a state or federal court located in Montgomery County, Maryland. By entering the promotion each entrant agrees: (a) to these terms and conditions and decisions of Marlo whose decision shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion; (b) that Marlo and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Marlo of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time without forfeiting your eligibility in the promotion by opting out of future email from Marlo following the opt-out instructions included in Marlo e-mail transmissions.
